Minimalist Poster

A minimalist poster for Whiplash built with flat shapes, reduced color, and a restrained print feel.

This class project was a poster based on the film Whiplash, approached through a minimal visual language rather than a literal scene-based treatment. I used flat shapes, minimal color, and a stripped-back composition to represent the tension and energy of the movie in a more graphic way. Built in Illustrator, the piece focused on restraint and clarity while still trying to capture the feeling of the film.
