Dominos App Redesign

A UI/UX redesign focused on reducing checkout friction, modernizing visual direction, and streamlining the core pizza-ordering journey.

I redesigned the Dominos mobile experience to fix an outdated interface, excessive promotional clutter, and a checkout journey that created unnecessary friction. The original ordering path could take users through roughly 12 pages to complete a basic pizza order, so I restructured the end-to-end flow to make ordering faster, clearer, and easier to complete while preserving brand recognition. Across about 14 core screens, I led competitor analysis, visual and color direction studies, user personas, empathy mapping, UX flow restructuring, UI redesign, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma. I refreshed the design system with cleaner typography and brighter, more readable color use that still aligned with core brand language. The primary outcome was reducing the pizza-ordering journey by 8 screens, creating a more direct and legible path to checkout.
