Dominos App Redesign

A mobile ordering redesign that cuts friction, simplifies checkout, and replaces a hectic app flow.

I redesigned most of the Dominos app with the main focus on making ordering and checkout feel less overwhelming. The original experience felt outdated, cluttered with hectic CTAs, and forced users through too many steps just to order a pizza, so I used research, user analysis, and flow mapping to simplify the journey. After documenting that messy before state, I prioritized the core checkout by collapsing redundant CTAs, calming the navigation, and pairing a progress indicator with clearer confirmation steps so the new journey could be compared directly with the old. I handled the UX, UI, and advanced prototype work in Figma, reworking the broader app while putting the most attention on the core checkout flow.
